Great sandwiches start with the perfect bread. Wellโ€ฆour focaccia starts from scratch in OUR OWN bakery! We didnโ€™t just whip this recipe out on the first tryโ€ฆit took many recipe variations to get this popular Italian flatbread right. Itโ€™s olive oil-infused, moonscape surfaced bread is lightly crusty on top, yet soft, airy and fluffy inside. It really makes our sandwiches delicious!
